It’s great to be teaching in-person classes again. A busy but fun weekend teaching two private baking classes, a savoury picnic food class on Saturday and a Parisian-style Macaron class on Sunday. A bit of Scandinavian baking was the perfect project for a snowy day. The saffron buns are made with a yeasted, laminated dough which was a lot of fun to make and well worth the effort! A delicious treat after a snowy walk.
