Inspiration for this beautiful bread came from King Arthur Baking. I used our wonderful local Matthew’s Flour to make the four layers of dough filled with cinnamon sugar (it is easier than it looks to make!). Looking forward to being able to entertain at home again and share my baking hospitality with friends and family.
