DEVELOPMENT DAY!

A very decadent cruller doughnut with a citrus glaze made from pate a choux dough.

Citrus Glaze Recipe

Perfect for glazing doughnuts or other baked treats.

90g icing sugar, sifted
20g milk
1 Tablespoon/15g golden syrup
Tiny drop of vanilla
Tiny pinch of salt
Citrus zest to taste

Stir all ingredients together until smooth, drizzle over, and allow the glaze to set.
