Sugar rush! I was overwhelmed at a confectionery masterclass at Bread Ahead Bakery in Borough Market last week. Expertly guided by Chef Reece we created a cornucopia of festive treats — florentines, two kinds of fudge, chocolate linzer cookies, two flavours of pate de fruit, three flavours of marshmallows, chocolate truffles, passion fruit caramels, and nougat.

WOW- so many new techniques!!
