I had a busy weekend of baking parties! We baked the strawberry version of these gorgeous little cakes along with quail egg scotch eggs, and Italian breads.
It’s great to be teaching in-person classes again. A busy but fun weekend teaching two private baking classes, a savoury picnic food class on Saturday and a Parisian-style Macaron class on Sunday. Fortunately the weather was cooperative too so participants were able to enjoy their picnic treats outside!
This scrummy bread is a bit like pepperoni pizza and is perfect with a G&T or a long cold ‘mocktail’ and ready for sharing outdoors with friends and family.
