After years of watching Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall and River Cottage HQ on tv, I thoroughly enjoyed an inspirational day of generous hospitality and cooking.
Looking forward to a busy weekend of classes starting with Italian Baking tomorrow. We’ll be making ciabatta, moreish amaretti biscuits, and indulgent cannoli with fresh ricotta filling.
