In my opinion, nothing beats a fresh pastel de nata straight from the oven. Learn to make Portugal’s favourite sweet treat with a flaky puff pastry made from scratch and a decadent egg custard filling.

Great for new bakers and suitable for children age 9 and over when accompanied by an adult also attending the class. Basic equipment.

Classes Have Started At Our New Baking Workshop
We kicked off classes on Saturday with an Italian Baking class for friends Mary and Beth. The new space is very convivial and works perfectly for baking and chatting.
