Irish Soda Bread, Shortbread, and Lemon Curd
The most traditional of Irish breads, quick and easy soda bread can be enjoyed plain, with butter, or jam or with the decadent lemon curd we are making today. Moreish and crumbly, shortbread go perfectly with a cup of English tea.

Classes Have Started At Our New Baking Workshop
We kicked off classes on Saturday with an Italian Baking class for friends Mary and Beth. The new space is very convivial and works perfectly for baking and chatting.
