Celebrate the King’s Coronation! In this busy and fun class, you will master the perfect scone, make a sausage roll to share, madeleines, and the crowning glory —- shortbread crowns filled with fruit and cream! At the end, we will sit down and enjoy our baked treats with a pot of tea with will be plenty of goodies to take home for your own celebration!

Class Difficulty
Suitable for intermediate bakers. More skill and equipment required.
Great for new bakers and suitable for children age 9 and over when accompanied by an adult also attending the class. Basic equipment.
