Two Stateside favourites join together in this fun class. You’ll never go back to shop-bought bagels after making your own. There are plenty of options for variations. Crisp on top and squidgy in the centre brownies complete our foray into American baking.

Classes Have Started At Our New Baking Workshop
We kicked off classes on Saturday with an Italian Baking class for friends Mary and Beth. The new space is very convivial and works perfectly for baking and chatting.
