What an absolute joy it was to share the art of macaron making with the wonderful community at Brailes Show last weekend!

The colorful array of macarons seemed to draw everyone in, and I loved answering questions about the techniques behind achieving those perfect smooth shells and creamy fillings. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the tent. and made this workshop such a memorable experience.
